Is this course for leaders and followers?
This training is exclusive for FOLLOWERS. Everything that will be taught is completely directed towards followers.
What's the difference between the course 'Express Yourself with Style' and this one?
If you want to learn how to do variations while following the patterns and thus stylize your dance, Express Yourself is the place for you.
If you want to learn how to do improvisations by creating your own spaces and adding ideas to your dance, the Improvisation Collection is the place for you.
For which level is the Improvisation Collection?
This course is intended for those who already feel comfortable following common WCS patterns. It is not recommended for those who are still learning to follow and do not yet feel confident in their leads.
The improvisations are marked by levels, ranging from level 1 to 4. In other words, if you already feel secure in your following, you will certainly find improvisations suitable for your skill level.
Do I need a partner to take the course?
No. You don’t need a dance partner for Improvisation Collection. You can learn and develop by yourself and put into practice with any leader at social dancing when you have chance.
I'm Master, is it suitable for me?
Absolutely. It’s for West Coast Swing followers who want to develop their improvisation skills, regardless of their age, body type, or skill level.
